Phone calls
Pay phones and program phones are available for residents to make personal calls during scheduled times, and at the programs discretion.

What a Resident is Allowed to Bring to Residential Treatment
For your convenience, we have created a list of the items that residents at Pioneer Center East in Spokane are allowed and not allowed to bring with them. Please read the following:

Visitation
Visitation is facilitated via Zoom on Saturdays and Sundays for residents who have approved visitation forms completed and have met treatment standards for the week. Residents will coordinate online visitations with staff to make arrangements with approved persons with whom they can visit via Zoom. There are no in-person visits at this time.
Privacy
Federal Laws 42 CFR Part 2 , 45 CFR Part 160, and 45 CFR Part 164 Subparts A and E protect patient clinical records. Representatives from PCE will not share any patient information with a person outside the program UNLESS:
- The resident has provided written consent
- Disclosure is allowed by a court order; or
- Disclosure is made to medical personnel in a medical emergency or to qualified people for research, audit, or program evaluation.
