At Pioneer, we believe employment is fundamental for helping formerly incarcerated individuals realize they have a chance for change. That’s why we offer job-readiness training and an entrepreneurship program to help people build their career path.
On average, 6O percent of formerly incarcerated individuals in the U.S. are still unemployed one year after being released – we can do better.
In addition to our own housing and employment services, we also offer support in these areas for anyone who is Medicaid-eligible - even if you are not a client in another Pioneer program.
