Welcome to the prepared meals ordering page for Pioneer’s Central Food Services. Current customers need to fill out and submit the order form below daily. Please note that all meal orders are required 48 hours in advance. NOTE: If you are NOT a current customer please contact us at 206-768-1990 before ordering any food online.

Our menus are checked by a certified nutritionist who is contracted by Pioneer. The nutritionist certifies that our menus comply with the Washington State and federal nutritional requirements to ensure all meals meet with the nutritional and dietary needs of the clients we serve. Trained diet aides are also on staff to accommodate special diet needs.

The current menus written for Pioneer Human Services meet nutrient requirements for healthy adult and juvenile male and females as established by the Food and Nutrition Board of the Institute of Medicine.

Please note that diet orders and cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. Although, we will do our best to accommodate the order/cancellation immediately.

Please indicate the client’s last name and any special needs using the codes from the Special Diet Key and list number of meals.

  • DB – Diabetic Diet
  • GF – Gluten Free
  • SM - Soft Mechanical (Chewing Difficulty)
  • HH – Heart Healthy (3 gm sodium, moderate cholesterol level will be used)
  • KS – Kosher
  • VG - Vegetarian
  • PS – Pescatarian (Will eat Fish but no meat)
  • DF – Dairy Free
  • AL – Allergies to specific foods – please name foods
  • OT – Other Specific Diet Need
