Doosan Y-AXIS PUMA
This turning center lathe machine turns complex raw materials to customers requirements.
Casting vs. turned part
The part on the left is a casting (inside diameter turned) and the part to the right has the outer edges turned with the part machined to customers specifications.
horizontal 4-AXIS CNC machine
This 4-axis CNC can take the aluminum block (shown on the pivoting table in left image) and produce our customer’s cockpit control panel (pictured in front of the machine) to our customer’s exact requirements.
Pioneer Industries has the capability to form metallic products.
These products require special tooling (form dies) for high tonnage pressure to include 100, 150 and 400.
waterjets
We have several waterjets that have the capability to cut all metallic and non-metallic materials.
COMPLEX ASSEMBLIES
Pioneer Industries’ workforce is skilled in performing complex assemblies from aerospace body frames to interior supports.
Our team is certified in several processes including sealing and bonding assembly of complex products, and parts assembly that ranges from door seals with electronics to door assemblies.
