Transitional housing

Pioneer has transitional housing for clean and sober living located in various neighborhoods in the greater Seattle and Tacoma areas, along with Spokane and Skagit County. All of the facilities are conveniently located near bus lines and within walking distance to shopping and other community service providers.Pioneer Transitions House

Tacoma housing: To check the availability of rental units in any of our Tacoma buildings, please contact the Tacoma Housing Office at 253-272-5486. To apply for Tacoma transitional housing, interested applicants must attend orientation which is held every Tuesday at  11am and Thursday at 3pm in the Rialto Apartments meeting room at the Tacoma address listed below. All placement is done on a first come, first serve basis.

Application options

If you are currently incarcerated or in a treatment program and do not have regular access to a phone, please fill out the application below and mail or fax it to the appropriate housing office.
