Housing

We offer support and stability for individuals and families searching for a place to call home. Pioneer owns and operates more than 800 housing units in King, Pierce, Skagit, Spokane and Whatcom counties, offering an array of transitional and permanent housing rental programs for people with criminal histories or participating in recovery programs.

Individuals who were formerly incarcerated face high barriers when trying to secure housing. However, a Seattle study concluded that tenants with or without a criminal history met their tenant obligations equally over a two-year period. Would you consider renting to an individual transitioning out of prison?
