Pioneer Distribution Center Sets Safety Standard

Hats off to the Pioneer Distribution Center (PDC) in Algona for going over a FULL YEAR without any recorded injuries! Safety is top priority at Pioneer, and this feat was celebrated! PDC Algona staff take personal responsibility for their own safety and the safety of others, ensuring everyone has the proper protective equipment and personnel to complete every job. They’ve also developed a sharp eye for warning signs of potential hazards and dangers, preventing future injuries. One standard practice that both management and staff have initiated to embed safety into their culture is to present a safety topic or provide training during each weekly all-hands meeting.
