Multibriefs/ICCA recently featured Pioneer’s new Tacoma Residential Reentry Center in a story. The new facility offers treatment, counseling, job training and employment search assistance for residents. The goal is to provide all the services needed under one roof to assist men and women with a successful reintegration into society after being incarcerated.

The problem is there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. Every offender has a different story, a different offense, a different outcome, a different sentence. Therefore, the return to society will be different for each offender, and the re-entry program should adjust to meet the needs of the individual,” wrote Danielle Wegert in her article on reentry programs.

Pioneer’s TRRC program model is built for the individual, as each person entering the program is assessed and services are provided based on his/her needs. Read more here.
