Annual Change Maker Luncheon is a Success

You are here

Last Wednesday, Pioneer welcomed hundreds of community members to our annual Change Maker luncheon. It was a day of inspirational stories, thought provoking ideas and support for individuals rebuilding their lives after incarceration. We shared the story of our work with the community and heard from guest speaker Andrea James, founder of the National Council For Incarcerated and Formerly Incarcerated Women and Girls, the first national organization created and led by formerly incarcerated and incarcerated women to create change through legislation, litigation and community-based activism.

With community support, our clients will have the opportunity to receive the life-changing services they need in the year ahead. To all those in attendance - thank you for your generous support! All are invited to watch and share our 2017 Change Maker Luncheon video "Alone".
