  • Pioneer contributes 4.5% of annual salaries into retirement plans
  • An additional 3.5% match is offered to those who contribute 6% of their own salary
Paid time off
  • Paid vacation
    • 10 days your first and second year (accrued at a variable rate)
    • 15 days beginning your second year
    • 20 days after tenth year is completed until separation or retirement
  • Paid holidays – 10 days per calendar year
  • Paid sick leave – varies according to city
