As Assistant Vice President of Pioneer Enterprises, you are responsible for the operational and financial oversight and success of each of the enterprises within your division. Pioneer Enterprises operates separate business lines in (1) manufacturing, (2) distribution, and (3) food services industries, generating over $35 million dollars annually to support the philanthropic direction of the organization. Your primary job is to grow the enterprises to increase our ability to support our clients across all Pioneer’s programs. This position will have full P&L and business growth responsibility for the division.
The ideal candidate must also be able to:
(1)Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.
(2)The must be able to sell Pioneer’s products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
(3)Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance; recommending profit and service improvements.
(4)Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
•Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
•7-10 years’ experience, and demonstrative success, as an operations executive
•5 years’ experience in sales management
•7-10 years of experience leading and managing direct reports
•Ability to lead inspirationally and nurture commitment to a common vision and shared values
•Excellent financial acumen with solid understanding of how business operations affect P&L and significant experience creating and managing multi-million dollar budgets.
•Structures business disciplines to facilitate quick and data based decisions and ensure accountability for execution. Evaluate outcomes based on qualitative and quantitative measures and adjusts accordingly
•Ability to translate business vision and strategy into operational tactics, building organizational support and infrastructure needed to achieve results
•Establishes aggressive goals and delivers results; aligns people and resources with the organization’s strategic priorities
•Ability to effectively build relationships; excellent interpersonal skills
