Applicants must have verifiable income and be supportive of a clean and sober living environment.

How to Apply

To apply for Pioneer permanent housing, please complete the Application Forms and submit them in-person to the program staff at either the Pioneer Housing Office or the Hudson House listed below.

In addition to verifiable income, applicants must also provide valid photo identification, and a social security card. A credit check is required for each unmarried adult and each applicant will be responsible for the associated fee(s). Please note, there is a $35.00 fee required in the form of a money order for the credit check at the time the application is submitted. We do not accept reusable tenant screening reports.
